Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026.

Educational only

This benefits audit is an educational tool. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or insurance advice, and it does not create a broker, advisor, or fiduciary relationship. Decisions about your employee benefits should be made with a licensed benefits advisor, tax professional, and/or attorney as appropriate.

No guarantees

Scores and benchmarks are directional estimates based on the answers you provide and publicly available survey data. They may not reflect your specific industry, region, carrier mix, or census. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness, or specific outcomes.

Advisor introductions

If you opt in to an advisor review, we may share your audit information with one licensed benefits advisor in your area. That advisor is independent and is responsible for the accuracy and licensing of their own recommendations.

Drafts and in-progress data

By using the audit form, you acknowledge that any information you enter — even before you finish or submit — may be saved as a draft and shared with the licensed benefits advisor assigned to your inquiry. This allows your advisor to follow up if you need help completing the audit.

Acceptable use

Don't submit information for a company you are not authorized to represent, don't attempt to scrape or interfere with the service, and don't use the audit to harass any party.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated version.
